Subscription terms

The operating framework for PRIZE+ membership, partner benefits, renewals and member responsibilities.

1. About PRIZE+

PRIZE+ is a paid membership service providing access to participating-business offers, member pricing and selected experiences in Malta. The contracting operator’s legal name, company registration number, registered address and VAT number will be inserted before paid subscriptions open.

2. Plans and prices

Essential is €9.99 monthly or €99 annually; Plus is €19.99 monthly or €199 annually; Black is €39.99 monthly or €399 annually. Prices displayed at checkout will state whether VAT is included. No payment will be collected until the operator and VAT details are published.

3. Membership benefits

Each membership provides access to the partner offers and benefits published for that tier. Available offers may change and individual partner conditions can include redemption limits, minimum spending, exclusions, participating locations and expiry dates. Actual savings depend on member use and are not guaranteed cash value.

4. Partner offers

Each offer will identify the partner, participating locations, benefit, eligible products or services, exclusions, redemption method and validity period. Partners may change or withdraw an offer in accordance with their partner agreement. Changes will be published promptly.

5. Billing and renewal

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout until cancelled. The renewal price, date and billing frequency must be shown before purchase. Members may cancel future renewals through their account or the contact route provided.

6. Cancellation and withdrawal

Cancelling stops the next renewal and normally leaves access active until the end of the paid period. Separate statutory withdrawal rights may apply to online purchases; see the Consumer Rights page. Nothing in these terms removes rights granted by Maltese or EU consumer law.

7. Membership card

The digital, Apple Wallet or physical card is personal, non-transferable and may require identity or account verification. It is not a bank card, payment card, stored-value product or credit facility.

8. Fair use

Members must present an active card before payment, follow the offer conditions and not duplicate, transfer or misuse credentials. Access may be suspended for fraud or serious misuse after a fair review.

9. No current prize product

The present subscription is sold for membership benefits and partner offers. It does not purchase raffle tickets, paid entries or chances to win. Any future promotional campaign would be separate, subject to its own rules and any required Malta Gaming Authority permit.

10. Liability and complaints

PRIZE+ is responsible for operating the membership service with reasonable care. Participating businesses remain responsible for the goods and services they supply. Complaints may be submitted through Contact or by email to hello@prize-plus.com. Statutory consumer remedies remain available.
