Who controls your data

The PRIZE+ operating company will be the data controller. Privacy enquiries may be sent to hello@prize-plus.com. Its registered name, address, company number and VAT number will be inserted before paid subscriptions open.

Data we collect

We may collect contact details, membership plan, account and card identifiers, subscription and payment status, offer redemptions, partner enquiries, communications, device/security data and consent preferences. Payment-card details should be processed by the selected payment provider and not stored directly by PRIZE+.

Why we use it

Data is used to create and administer memberships, verify cards, process subscriptions, deliver partner benefits, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and—only where consent or another lawful basis applies—send marketing updates.

Legal bases

Processing may rely on performance of the membership contract, steps requested before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and consent where required.

Sharing

Information may be shared with contracted hosting, email, analytics, customer-support, payment and Apple Wallet pass providers. Partners should receive only the minimum verification information required to validate a membership or redemption.

Retention and security

Account and transaction records will be kept only for the period required to provide the service, resolve disputes and satisfy tax, accounting and legal duties. Appropriate access controls, encryption and monitoring will be used.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. You may also complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner.

Essential cookies may be used to operate and secure the site. Optional analytics or marketing cookies require the appropriate choice mechanism. Material policy changes will be dated and communicated where required.
