Important information to read before starting a PRIZE+ subscription.

Information before checkout

Before payment, PRIZE+ will show the operator identity, total price including applicable taxes, billing interval, minimum contract duration, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation method, main membership benefits and any relevant limitations.

Fourteen-day withdrawal period

For many online service contracts, consumers have a fourteen-day statutory withdrawal period beginning when the contract is concluded. If a member expressly asks for service to start during that period, the legal consequences—including any proportionate payment for service already supplied—must be explained and expressly accepted during checkout.

Cancellation

Members can cancel future automatic renewal without losing access already paid for, unless a refund or earlier termination is required by law. Cancellation must be available through a clear account or contact process and confirmed in writing.

Faults and misleading offers

If the digital service is not supplied as agreed, or advertised benefits are materially unavailable, consumers retain applicable remedies. Offer pages must accurately state locations, exclusions, validity and redemption requirements.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact PRIZE+ at hello@prize-plus.com so the issue can be investigated. Consumers may also seek assistance from the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority and applicable alternative-dispute-resolution services.

Launch readinessThe statutory withdrawal form, legal operator details, VAT treatment and final checkout consent will be published before membership payments are enabled.
